Sughara understands that sometimes plans change. This refund policy outlines how we handle refunds for catering services bookings.

- 15+ days before event: Full refund (minus ₹500 processing fee)
- 7-14 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund, but date can be changed (subject to availability)
1. General Refund Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@sughara.in. Refunds are processed based on the timeline from your event date.
2. Refund Schedule
2.1 Cancellation 15+ Days Before Event
- Refund Amount: Full payment minus ₹500 processing fee
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days
- Method: Refunded to original payment method
2.2 Cancellation 7-14 Days Before Event
- Refund Amount: 50% of total payment
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days
- Note: This reflects costs already incurred in preparation
2.3 Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Event
- Refund Amount: No refund
- Alternative: You may reschedule to another date (subject to availability and 25% rescheduling fee)
- Note: Materials and resources are already committed
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Processing fees (₹500)
- Customization charges
- Service charges already rendered
- Special orders that cannot be reused
4. Date Changes vs. Cancellations
If you need to change your event date rather than cancel completely:
- Date changes requested 15+ days before: No additional charge
- Date changes requested 7-14 days before: 25% of total amount
- Date changes requested less than 7 days: Subject to availability and 50% charge
5. Partial Refunds
In case of exceptional circumstances or service issues, partial refunds may be considered at Sughara's discretion.
6. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank
7. Force Majeure Events
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refund policies may be adjusted. Contact us for special circumstances.
8. How to Request a Refund

- Include your name, event date, and reason for cancellation
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Upon approval, refund will be processed
