2. Service Description

Sughara provides traditional Brahmin vegetarian catering services for events including weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and social functions. Our services are available in Barabanki, Lucknow, Kanpur, Pratapgarh, Sultanpur, Amethi, and surrounding areas.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance
• Bookings require a minimum 50% advance payment
• Final headcount and menu details must be confirmed 48 hours before the event
• Any changes after confirmation may incur additional charges

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or digital payment methods
• Full payment must be completed before service delivery
• Late payments may result in additional charges

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 15+ days before event: Full refund (minus processing fees)
• Cancellation 7-14 days before event: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days: No refund
• Date changes are allowed based on availability and may incur additional charges

5. Service Delivery

• Sughara maintains strict hygiene and quality standards
• All food is prepared fresh and using traditional methods
• Delivery time is approximate and subject to weather and traffic conditions
• We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

6. Food Safety and Quality

We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. All ingredients are fresh and vegetarian. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details including date, time, location, and headcount
• Inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or dietary restrictions
• Ensure proper venue access and facilities for food preparation and service
• Make payment as per agreed terms

8. Limitation of Liability

Sughara's total liability is limited to the value of the catering services provided. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials are the property of Sughara and protected by copyright laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

Sughara reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
